Journey 2 Yes or Event365
Both are Portuguese and both speak six languages. The difference runs deep: Event365 runs a venue's operation; we coordinate third-party vendors and work with the couple.
What it is: Event365
Portuguese event management software for country estates, function rooms, hotels and catering companies. Multi-space calendar, event files, kitchen sheets with dish counts, staff rosters, generated contracts and PDFs, cash sheets and margin statistics by event type. It serves weddings, christenings, corporate events, conferences and festivals.
Where they beat Journey 2 Yes
On running a venue they beat us comfortably. Kitchen sheets with dish counts by age and dietary restriction, and staff rosters, do not exist on our side and make complete sense for anyone with their own kitchen and team. The multi-space calendar is theirs too.
Where Journey 2 Yes wins
They have no public directory, no interface for couples and no couple portal: it is a closed platform the couple never enters. On our side the couple has their own account and decides, tool by tool, what the planner may see or edit. They also have no wedding planner module in the commercial sense — lead pipeline, per-line margin sheet, phase-based automations.

When the other one is the better choice
Choose Event365 if you run a venue, an estate or a catering service and your problem is the operation: the kitchen, the staff, room occupancy. If you are a wedding planner coordinating third-party vendors, that part is of no use to you and the couple's side is missing.
This comparison is ours, built from what each platform publishes. We are not a neutral party and we say so up front: that is why every value carries its source, and why the rows where we lose sit in the same table with the same weight as the rest. Found a mistake? Write to us and we will fix it.
