Journey 2 Yes or HoneyBook
HoneyBook is among the best in the world at the commercial side — from first contact to payment. What it does not do is the wedding itself.
What it is: HoneyBook
American business management platform for independent professionals, not only in weddings: lead capture, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, scheduling and automations. Available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Where they beat Journey 2 Yes
Their automations are the strongest we have seen, with real conditional logic. Their lead capture forms embed in the planner's own website and feed the pipeline on their own, and we have no equivalent. And their artificial intelligence — email drafts, meeting notes, follow-up suggestions — is now on every plan, including the cheapest. We have no AI in the product at all: it is our biggest gap against them.
Where Journey 2 Yes wins
They have no guest list, no RSVP, no seating plan, no couple's budget, no day-of timeline and no wedding website. In other words: nothing of the wedding itself — only the business around it. They do not exist in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy or Germany, and they do not do European VAT. And they have no vendor directory.

When the other one is the better choice
Choose HoneyBook if you are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Australia, if your problem is commercial rather than operational, and if you already have another tool for guests and seating. If conditional automations and day-to-day AI are your priority, they are ahead today.
This comparison is ours, built from what each platform publishes. We are not a neutral party and we say so up front: that is why every value carries its source, and why the rows where we lose sit in the same table with the same weight as the rest. Found a mistake? Write to us and we will fix it.
