Journey 2 Yes or Aisle Planner
This is the competitor whose feature list looks most like ours. The difference is not in the tools: it is in the market, the language and the way they charge.
What it is: Aisle Planner
American software for wedding planners and other event professionals, with project management, a couple portal, proposals, documents, invoicing and wedding websites. It now presents itself as «Aisle Planner Pro» and its whole navigation is organised by profession.
Where they beat Journey 2 Yes
Their couple portal is their strongest piece and is more mature than ours at sharing permissions. Their design studio with a style guide has no equivalent on our side, and their visual document template editor is the market reference. They have an app published in the stores, which we do not yet.
Where Journey 2 Yes wins
They exist only in English and in dollars: for anyone invoicing in Portugal, Spain or Italy, what makes the tool usable is missing — European VAT, withholding tax and filing deadlines. Their price rises in tiers with the number of active weddings, so as the business grows the bill grows with it. They have no directory, so they bring no clients: they organise the ones you already have. And the per-line margin sheet, with the vendor's cost hidden from the couple, exists in none of them.

When the other one is the better choice
Choose Aisle Planner if you work in English, in the American market, if the design studio and the visual document editor are at the centre of your work, and if European VAT invoicing is of no use to you because you do not invoice in Europe.
This comparison is ours, built from what each platform publishes. We are not a neutral party and we say so up front: that is why every value carries its source, and why the rows where we lose sit in the same table with the same weight as the rest. Found a mistake? Write to us and we will fix it.
