Features for couples
The planning app brings together 16 views that talk to each other: what you type in Guests counts in Catering, what you tick in the Timeline shows up in the Music Timeline, what you pay in the Budget lands in the Agenda. Everything saves itself and syncs between desktop and phone.
Start planning — freeDashboard
- CountdownThe days left until the wedding, from the date you set in the header.
- Road to the yesThe planning journey in milestones — Foundations, Bookings, Vendors, Invitations, Final stretch, The Day — ticked off from what is already done in the Guide and in your real data.
- Key figuresAwarded, paid, confirmed guests and tasks, always up to date from the other views.
- Shortcuts with countersDirect access to the main views, with the number of lines, guests or tasks in each.
- Budget summaryThe event budget bars, by chapter, without leaving the dashboard.
- Customisable dashboardBlocks can be reordered on desktop («Customise dashboard») and the order is saved to your account.
- Wedding-day mode up frontFrom 48 hours before until 24 hours after the wedding, the dashboard opens with Wedding-day mode first — it is the only thing that matters in that window.
Tutorial & Guide
- «How to plan a wedding from scratch» guideTen phases by lead time (12+ months down to the day) with about 47 tasks, each with a deadline and duration, plus tips — in 6 languages.
- Progress per taskCheckboxes that remember what is done, with a progress bar and «Start over».
- Export to Tasks and Agenda«Add to Tasks» creates one task per item with a calculated deadline; «Add to Agenda» creates one milestone per phase. No duplicates.
- Guided tourThe «Tutorial» button opens a 14-step tour that actually visits each view while explaining it. It opens by itself the first time and can be replayed as often as you like.
- Help assistantAn assistant in the corner of the screen answers «how do I do X?» in 6 languages, with a «Go to» button for the right view. No cost and no external artificial intelligence.
Budget
- Sheet by chapters and linesVenue, Catering, Flowers… each chapter with its expense lines: description, amount, VAT %, amount with VAT, paid, outstanding, awarded and notes.
- Several payments per lineDeposit, second instalment, balance — each payment with an amount and a date; the «Outstanding» column works itself out.
- DashboardsBudget charts: split by chapter, paid versus outstanding, evolution.
- Cash giftsA record of cash gifts and presents received, inside the budget.
- Gift registry for guestsFunds (honeymoon, home…) with a target and physical gifts with shop and link. A public link lets guests reserve or contribute without an account; the page shows the couple's IBAN, MB Way or Revolut — there are no payments on the platform.
- Reservations and contributionsWho gave what, how much and with which message; «Received» creates the line in cash gifts, «Thanked» marks the thank-you. Names never reach the public page.
- Scenario simulator«What if it's 140 instead of 120?» — the simulator answers without touching the real budget: change the guest count and the variables, see the effect, save it as a scenario or apply it to the budget with the list of changes shown before confirming.
- How couples split the budgetIn the budget charts, the average split by chapter of the wedding budgets organised on the platform (only budgets with three or more chapters, and only with five or more weddings) and, once the budget target is set, what each share means in your total.
- Collapsible chapters and adjustable columnsEach chapter collapses to one line with total, paid and outstanding; columns can be dragged and resized on desktop. On the phone the table becomes cards.
Tasks
- Progress panelA ring with the percentage done, totals (done, to do, overdue) and bars by priority.
- Complete new taskWhat to do, category (including Party and Event, or a custom one), priority, due date and owner.
- List with filters and coloursRows coloured by priority and green when done; filters by priority and status; columns that can be reordered and resized.
- Note per taskEvery task opens a note field for details, decisions and links; it is highlighted when it has content and exports to Excel.
- BoardThe same tasks in three columns — To do, In progress, Done — with cards you drag between columns, also by touch on the phone.
- Date-generated checklistSixty template tasks calculated from the wedding date, only when the couple asks. Recalculating only touches what is still to do; anything written by hand is never changed.
Notes
- Three-column notebookChapters, the chapter's meetings (with search and pinned first) and the editor — like a meeting notebook.
- ChaptersCreate, rename and delete chapters; when one is deleted its notes move to «General». Note counter per chapter.
- EditorTitle, date, chapter (move the note), free body, pin and delete. Exports to Excel.
- Collapsible columnsThe side columns fold away to give the editor almost the whole screen; the dividers can be dragged. On the phone, a sliding panel over the editor.
Agenda
- Your own eventsTitle, date, time and note, in List or Calendar.
- Automatic datesTask deadlines and budget payments appear in the agenda by themselves, with a legend by type.
- Google CalendarAutomatic sync of events with Google Calendar, authorised when signing in with Google.
My vendors
- Vendor recordName, category, contact, phone, e-mail, website, quote, terms of service or contract and equipment.
- Choose more than one per categoryA tick marks the chosen ones; the total of the selected vendors is compared with the budget.
- Notes and attachmentsAn editable history of quotes and conversations, plus attachments of contracts and invoices up to 5 MB, or a link to Drive or Dropbox.
- By categoryOne card per category — venue, photography, video, music, catering, flowers and decoration, invitations, cake, transport, beauty, entertainment, other — with its status (booked, saved, to do), the «X of 12 booked» bar and the Search directory and Add buttons.
- Saved and bookedEach vendor is marked saved or booked; those coming from the directory arrive as saved.
- Booking → budget and tasksWhen a vendor is marked as booked, the app offers to put the cost in the right budget chapter, already booked and with the agreed amount (or to link the line that already has their name), and to create the «Sign the contract» and «Pay the deposit» tasks with deadlines. It always asks; nothing is duplicated.
- No limitUnlimited vendors on every plan; filters by category and «selected only», search.
Catering
- Compare quotes in one tableVendors are columns (no limit), services are chapters — Lunch/Buffet, Sweets and cakes, Other — and every item is a line. Subtotals per chapter and grand total per vendor; the cheapest gets the tick.
- Per person or fixed amountEach line multiplies by the expected guest count or is worth a fixed amount (a candy bar on a budget, for instance).
- Price by age and by groupAn adult price, one price per child age bracket («<12», for example) and your own groups (staff, band…); an empty cell inherits the adult price, zero means that group does not pay.
- Expected and confirmed guestsExpected guests are edited in the top card and start from the guest list; confirmed guests are read-only, counted from those who said yes.
- Options per lineVariants with different prices (pork or beef for the main course), chosen with a radio button; only the chosen one counts and the total updates live.
- «Selected» columnMarks what goes into the grand total — the budget the couple decides on — while still showing the subtotal of everything quoted.
- MenusA grid of moment by course (Welcome drink, starters, meat, fish, vegetarian, dessert…) against vendors, to write what each one offers.
- Catering dashboardsTotal per vendor, composition by group, cost per chapter, price per person per group and total cost per group, plus the «Cost per guest» table. Palette checked for colour blindness.
- One vendor at a time on the phoneA strip with every total at the top and the list of cards for the vendor in focus, with its total pinned at the bottom.
Honeymoon
- Table of travel optionsDestination, agency, what is included, nights, price, link and «chosen»; the same agency can give several options and the cheapest is highlighted.
- Detail per optionIts own notes and attachments (quote, voucher, itinerary up to 5 MB, or a link) on each option.
- Ideas and general attachmentsA free field for the type of trip and preferences, and the attachments that do not belong to one option — vouchers, bookings, documents.
Event Timeline
- Moments of the dayTime, activity, props or dynamics and notes, with the creation row at the top.
- Timeline and TableThe vertical timeline, with the time highlighted and the duration until the next moment, is made for printing; the table is for quick editing.
- Link to the Music TimelineA tick on each moment decides whether it appears in the Music Timeline.
- Wedding-day modeA view for the day itself: the current time on screen, the next moment highlighted and each vendor's contact one tap away. Works without a connection — the app stays stored on the phone.
- Public page for the dayA no-account link for the best man, the DJ or the venue: one column, large type, the current time and who to call.
- Day packThe whole day in one document to print on A4 and hand out — with a version for the venue that shows no money at all.
Music Timeline
- Moments with musicAutomatically pulls the moments ticked in the Event Timeline and lets you assign a song and artist to each, with a Spotify link.
- Informal momentsYour own moments, outside the timeline, for music that has no set time.
- Setlist and Couple's PlaylistThe setlist by performer or band and the couple's playlist (song and artist), with resizable columns.
- Spotify playlist, by itselfThe couple's playlist gets ready on Spotify without a click, in the DJ's order, with an “Open on Spotify” button; whoever gets the music schedule link (the DJ, the band) opens it and keeps it in their account with Add to library. If the list changes, it updates by itself.
Guests
- Guest recordName, phone, side (bride, groom, both), child and age bracket, meal, RSVP, table and gender — which feeds the key figures.
- Import from ExcelA file with Name, Group, Side, RSVP, Meal and Notes; each column is picked from a list and the couple's own fields come in too. The Group feeds «Seat for me».
- RSVP per guestConfirmed, pending or declined, with a filter; as a Table or a compact List (always cards on the phone).
- HouseholdsThe Smith family, four people: the unit you invite, that answers, and that the table distribution keeps together.
- Replies and summaryA sub-view just to read what guests answered to the RSVP — who is coming, how many, with which meal.
- Public RSVP by linkEach guest or household gets a link (by SMS or copied) and answers without an account; the reply lands in the list instantly. Old links keep working.
- Guest photo albumGuests upload their photos of the day from their RSVP or invitation link, with no app and no account; the couple approves them (or turns on automatic approval) and guests only see the approved ones. Up to 300 photos per wedding, stored privately, and the whole album downloads as a ZIP.

Start planning — freeFrequently asked questions
Is planning really free?
Yes. Budget, tasks, agenda, notes, guests, vendors, catering, timelines, honeymoon, guide and wedding website are free with no limits on lines, guests or vendors. Premium unlocks the seating plan, SMS and RSVP and Excel and PDF downloads for a one-off payment of €29 valid for 24 months — and anyone who signs up by 31 December 2026 keeps everything open until 31 December 2027.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The app works in the browser, on desktop and phone, and can be added to the home screen like an app. On the phone it opens as a tile menu with each section full screen.
Do guests need an account to answer the RSVP?
No. Each guest gets a private link (by SMS or copied wherever you like) and answers on the page, without an account. The reply lands in the guest list instantly and counts in the catering.
How does the catering compare quotes?
In a single table: vendors are columns, services are chapters and each item has a per-person price or a fixed amount, with a price per age bracket and options per course. The «Selected» column decides what goes into the grand total, and the cheapest vendor is highlighted.
Does the seating plan have a 3D floor plan?
Yes. The floor plan has about 70 elements (ceremony, bar, dance floor, outdoor, walls and doors), a grid, measurements and layers, and the 3D view shows the same room in perspective. It exports as PNG and as an A3 PDF with guests per table.
Can I import the guest list from Excel?
Yes. In Guests, «Import Excel» reads the first row of the file and lets you choose which column feeds each field — name, group, side, RSVP, meal and notes. The group helps «Seat for me» keep together those who belong together.
Can I work with my wedding planner on the same account?
Yes. The planner invites the couple from their own area; once accepted, both work on the same data. The couple is in charge of the sharing: in Settings they choose, tool by tool, whether the planner edits, only views or has it hidden — and the server puts back whatever the planner may not change, it is not just the screen. The RSVP replies stay out until the couple turns them on, and the sharing ends whenever the couple says so.
What if we delete something by mistake one day?
Undo reverts the latest changes and the version history keeps automatic copies of your data for up to 90 days or 500 versions — pick a version, see its summary and restore it.
