Journey 2 Yes

The complete platform for your wedding

A wedding planning spreadsheet template — and an app that imports it

Many couples start planning in an Excel sheet, Google Sheets or Notion. With Journey 2 Yes you don't have to start over: the templates are inside the free app, and what you've already written comes in by import.

Guest list: import with your own columns

Import the list from an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file and say which column is which: name, group, side, RSVP, menu, notes and even the custom fields you created. If you'd rather start from scratch, the app has a guest-list template to download (modelo-convidados.xlsx).

Tasks and music too

Tasks and the music playlist have their own Excel templates to download and import. Fill them in Excel, Google Sheets or whatever you're used to, and the app reads the file.

A budget that beats the spreadsheet

The budget is organised by chapters and lines, with VAT, several payments per line and charts — what takes effort to build in a spreadsheet is already done.

And back to Excel when you need it

With Premium, every view exports to Excel or PDF, and the whole plan comes out as a single Excel file with one sheet per view — to hand to a vendor or keep on file.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I download the Excel template?

Inside the free app: the guest list, tasks and music each have a template to download and fill in. Then you import the file and the app does the rest.

My list is in Google Sheets or Notion. Can I import it?

Yes. Download the list as .xlsx or .csv and import it; you choose which column matches name, group, side, RSVP, menu, notes or your custom fields.

Can I get everything back into Excel?

Yes, with Premium: every view exports to Excel or PDF, and there is a full export to a single Excel file, with one sheet per view.
