Journey 2 Yes

The complete platform for your wedding

Wedding management software for all three sides of the table

A wedding brings together three parties that rarely meet in the same place: the couple, the vendors and whoever coordinates. Portals serve the couple and give the professional no tools; professional software serves the professional and brings no clients. Journey 2 Yes is the only one doing all three in the same platform.

For those who organise professionally

Lead pipeline, proposals with a per-line margin sheet, contracts with electronic signature, certified invoicing with European VAT and withholding tax, charging by link, phase-based automations, meeting booking, questionnaires, profitability reports and a team with per-module permissions. Forty-two features, in production.

For the couple, and it is free

Budget with payments, guests and RSVP with custom questions, 3D seating plan with the room in metres, digital invitations, wedding website, gift registry, catering, music and the day-of timeline. The couple has their own account: they depend on no professional to use the platform.

For the vendors

A directory listing with quote requests that land in a conversation inside the platform — no paying per contact, and no competing with four others for the same enquiry. Badges are calculated from real data rather than sold, and statistics are compared with the category median.

European by construction

Six languages, VAT by country with filing deadlines, data hosted in the European Union and GDPR compliant. This is not translated American software: it is built for people who work and invoice in Europe.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for venues?

It works for coordinating a wedding and the relationship with the couple and the vendors. A venue's internal operation — kitchen sheets, staff rosters, room occupancy — is not part of the platform; there is dedicated venue software for that.

Are the three modules one account?

They are one platform, with separate accounts per profile. A wedding planner can invite the couple, and it is the couple who decides what is shared, tool by tool.

Which languages?

Six: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, Italian and German — the whole platform, not just the website.
