The complete platform for your wedding
Your business, managed — and an app to give your couples
Journey 2 Yes is the only place where you run your wedding planning business and, from the same dashboard, create your couples' planning platform — with your name, your logo and your colour. It stops being a tool you use and becomes a service you sell.
Create my planner accountOne button: the couple's account, created by you
In the wedding record you click «Create a J2Y account for the couple» and they get a link that puts them straight inside — the whole platform, with the wedding already linked. It used to be five steps before the sharing even existed: get the e-mail, realise they needed an account, create it, confirm it, sign in and accept an invitation. Now it's one.
What your couples get — because of you
Budget with payments and VAT, guests and RSVP, seating plan with a 3D floor plan, catering compared vendor by vendor, day timeline, music timeline, honeymoon, wedding website and gift registry. It's the whole app, and it reaches them with your brand in front: your name, logo and colour appear to the couple and on the guests' public pages.
A selling point your competitors don't have
A couple comparing two wedding planning quotes is comparing two similar proposals. If one of them includes the platform where they'll watch the budget, the guests and the tables in real time, there is no comparison left. And it costs you nothing: the couple's account is free for you and for them.
They are in charge of the sharing — and that is what protects you
The couple decides, tool by tool, whether you edit, only view or don't see it at all; the server enforces the choice, it isn't just the screen. And there are three lines this never crosses: if that e-mail already has an account we don't touch it and you go back to the normal invitation; the password is never invented by us and never travels — the couple sets theirs on first sign-in; and the couple knows, on arrival, who created the account and what you can see.
And your business, in the same place
Lead pipeline with the next step and the estimated fee, proposals with a margin sheet (cost and margin per line, which not even HoneyBook shows), contracts signed by link, invoicing with per-line VAT, withholding, exemptions and Portuguese legal deadlines, automations by stage, a meeting-booking page, a CRM of activities and time, a per-wedding portal for your vendors, and a vendor directory inside the tool itself.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create the couple's account?
In the wedding record, at the top, there's the «Create a J2Y account for the couple» button. You type the couple's e-mail and the account is created and linked to the wedding; they get an e-mail with a sign-in link. If that e-mail already has an account, nothing is touched and the platform goes back to the usual invitation.
Do I get to know their password?
No, and nobody does. The account is created with a random password that neither you nor we ever see, and the couple sets theirs on first sign-in, through the link the authentication service itself signs. No password travels by e-mail or is stored anywhere.
Can the couple shut me out?
They can, and that's how it should be: the data is theirs. In the app's Settings they choose, tool by tool, whether you edit, only view or it stays hidden, and they can end the sharing whenever they want. The server puts back whatever you may not change — it isn't just the screen hiding it.
Does this cost anything?
The couple's account is free for them and costs you nothing. The wedding planner module has packages by number of users, but anyone who registers before 31 December 2026 keeps everything unlocked, with no user limit, until 31 December 2027.
And what do I see of their wedding?
Whatever they allow: timeline, tasks, guests, tables, catering and the rest of the tools, in the state they chose for each one. The RSVP replies stay out by default, with their own switch and read-only.
